Права, по которым привилегированная акция «конвертируется» в простую, голосующую акцию. Обычно инвестор получает такие права через некоторое время после осуществления инвестиции. К.права могут сопровождаться условиями, предохраняющими от нежелательных последствий разводнения акционерного капитала.
